Director, Louise Phillips is an accomplished standalone HR professional and Associate member of the CIPD. With over seven years of experience in HR and business management, coupled with two decades in diverse industries such as financial services, education, civil service, and trade, she is well versed in the business world. 

In 2025, Louise made the strategic decision to concentrate on her passion for talent acquisition. Having successfully spearheaded recruitment efforts for IT Engineering teams in both London and New York, she designed and implemented an in-house program aimed at providing early career progression opportunities for graduates.

Understanding the invaluable contributions of graduates in fostering innovation, diversity, and enthusiasm, Louise founded Apogee Recruitment to assist Early Career Professionals in securing their next opportunity and empowering them to realise their highest potential.
